"The information and format in which it was presented was fantastic.  I really feel confident that I can teach younger people.  I guess that teaching adults, I have sort of lost (or misplaced) that “fun-ness” of a yoga class.  And really, teaching children is all about having fun with them and allowing them to be themselves.  Your energy really made the class for me.  I am usually happy but not “infectious happy” (if you know what I mean).  I have definitely made a change in that respect.  A smile and bright eyes go a long way with people and I’ve noticed that people recognize and appreciate this, especially at my work at
Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany (Army Hospital)." Alyssa Andre

"Learning about yoga for the really little ones is a whole new level of thinking for me. Many ideas, very useful ideas, were shared that can be used not only in yoga. E.g. working with teenagers & helping them develop self-respect and empowering them to understand their uniqueness in the world from within themselves is very powerful. Creating and deepening bonds between parents in children in family yoga was very inspiring as well." Natalia Homolova Prague,CZ

"Hi everyone! The weekend course was AWESOME!! I learned so much and got a chance to put the techniques to use throughout the week with my 3 baby girls at home (they love to "PLAY YOGA" with mommy!) And my 20 grade 1's had lots of fun using yoga poses in geometry, in science for our 5 senses, and we also used yoga poses for our 100 animals at the zoo for our 100th day of school!! I AM SOOOO EXCITED! ...can you tell??  I am also thinking of using the topic of yoga in the claroom andit's benefits as a topic for my Master's of Education final research paper topic!! :) Thanks sooo much Tiffany!!!" :) Melissa xoxox" Melissa Walsh  Halifax, NS Canada

"Tiffany I have found a new freedom in teaching yoga using what I have learned from your course. I am absolutely delighted to bring the joy of yoga into the schools.  My first foray was with my adult woman’s class and it was so much fun for us all to become like five year olds again. Oh what a great class that was! Last Friday I substitute taught two dramatic art classes and their teacher invited me to teach yoga.  This week I substitute taught 3 classes for the phys ed teacher who also invited me to teach yoga. Tiffany your approach has brought me applause from the teens at the end of class. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so glad I attended your weekend workshop.
